Driver Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum age of 22
• One year driving experience in vehicle similar to that which will be driven
• A physical examination in compliance with FMCSR, as evidenced by an acceptable long form report
• Evidence of a valid Commercial Driver's License with the proper endorsements for the equipment to be operated
• Operated a motor vehicle while suspended as a result of a moving violation within the prior three (3) years
• Refused to submit to an alcohol or drug test under implied consent law within the prior three (3) years
• Possessed alcohol or drugs in a motor vehicle within the prior three (3) years
• Drove under the influence of drugs or alcohol within the prior three (3) years
• Left the scene of an accident within the prior three (3) years
• Fled from or eluded a law enforcement officer within the prior three (3) years
• Reckless driving or an equivalent violation within the prior three (3) years
• Participated in a speed contest or exhibition within the prior three (3) years
• Suspension of driving privileges within the prior three (3) years
• Suspension in excess of 30 days as a result of a moving violation within the prior three (3) years
• More than two (2) moving violation convictions other than those mentioned above within the prior 12 months
• More than one (1) preventable, DOT recordable accident within the prior 12 months
• Five (5) or more moving violation convictions other than those mentioned above within the prior three (3) years
• More than two (2) preventable DOT recordable accidents within the prior three (3) years
• More than two (2) moving violation convictions other than those mentioned above and (2) preventable DOT recordable accidents in the prior three (3) years
